About Me
Hi there, thank you for visiting my site.
My name is Christine Hebden, my pronouns are she/her and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, this just means that I will use more than one method of counselling to best suit my client's needs.
I understand that each person is unique, therefore they need a unique service to support them. I will encourage you on your personal journey of self-discovery and support you in overcoming your struggles to be better able to deal with life's ups and downs.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, erratic or impulsive behaviours, stress management or low self-esteem, to name a few, I am committed in supporting you to find the resolutions you are looking for.

My Story
I qualified with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling from Coventry University and have also achieved a Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling and completed Certificated training in Couples Counselling.

Previously I worked within the prison service as a tutor delivering Family and Relationship courses to male offenders and their families.
More recently I have worked alongside people experiencing homelessness and addiction.

I am an Accredited Registered Member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework for good practice. I also have regular supervision meetings to guide my practice, expand my knowledge and ensure I am offering the best service possible for my clients.
