Thank you to Chris in supporting me to get back into college. She enabled me to recognise my negative thinking and how this affected my daily life, through going to counselling I was able to make healthy adjustments and accept, acknowledge and move forward.

The opportunity to talk in confidence about my worries was brilliant. I would recommend counselling to everyone, it helped me to view my issues from a different perspective and Chris was such a good listener with a great sense of humour.

Through Chris's humour, observations and "I'm just curious" I was able to see how my negative thinking was affecting my behaviours and reactions to other people. I would absolutely recommend counselling and Chris to anyone who asked.
