Hi there, thank you for visiting my site.
My name is Christine Hebden and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, this just means that I will use more than one method of counselling to best suit my client's needs.
I understand that each person is unique, therefore they need a unique service to support them. I will encourage you on your personal journey of self-discovery and support you in overcoming your struggles to be better able to deal with life's ups and downs.
Whether you are struggling with coronavirus concerns, erratic or impulsive behaviours, stress management or low self-esteem, to name a few, I am committed in supporting you to find the resolutions you are looking for.
I am an Integrative counsellor, that adapts the services offered to suit the clients needs. I qualified with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling from Coventry University and have also acheived a Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling.
